The exhibition 'virtual reality' refers, by means of digital art, to the effects and causes of today's illnesses. Illnesses caused by civilization, that have become an unpleasant by-product of industrialized countries. The exhibition content is expressed by a fusion of classical media, digital works and metaphor. A digital picture frame, which is a product of the progressive mechanization of our surrounding feild, demands attention at the center of the ESC laboratory. The digital paintings that are displayed by the frame are "in motion" and show the disease and suffering of this virtual age.

Further is supplemented an acrylic picture on a canvas by a projection. The visitor can release the interactive projection by pushing a button.
